1. Who is responsible

MIVAO is a website design service brand operated directly by its founder, who is responsible for processing the personal data collected through this website.

You can contact MIVAO about your personal data through the consultation form on this website, or by the official email once it is published in the footer.

2. Data MIVAO collects

When you send the consultation form:

• Your name, email and phone/Zalo number (if provided).
• Details about your needs: industry, website type, package of interest, budget, description, current website, number of locations and preferred date.
• Traffic source details: campaign parameters (UTM), Google ad click IDs (gclid/gbraid/wbraid), first landing page, referring page and the page where you sent the form.
• The language you are using and a one-way hash of your IP address for spam prevention — MIVAO does not store your raw IP address.

3. Cookies and browser storage

• Necessary: your language choice (NEXT_LOCALE cookie), light/dark appearance choice and cookie consent choice (stored in your browser).
• Traffic source: campaign parameters from your first visit are kept in your browser for up to 90 days and sent only when you submit the form.
• Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics / Google Ads cookies are used only if you choose “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

4. Why we use your data

• To respond to your request, advise on solutions and send quotes.
• To manage conversations with prospective clients and prepare a contract if you decide to work together.
• To measure website and advertising performance (if you accept analytics cookies).
• To keep the system secure and prevent spam and abuse.

5. Legal basis and withdrawing consent

MIVAO processes your data based on your consent, given when you tick the consent box on the form and when you accept analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

6. Sharing data

MIVAO does not buy or sell personal data. Data is shared only with providers needed to run the service, and only to the extent necessary:

• Hosting, database and email notification providers.
• Google (Analytics, Ads) if you accept analytics cookies.
• Competent authorities where required by law.

7. Transfers outside Vietnam

Some infrastructure providers or tools may store data outside Vietnam. In that case, MIVAO fulfils its obligations for cross-border transfers of personal data as required by law.

8. How long we keep data

Consultation requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 24 months after the last conversation, then deleted or anonymized. Contract-related data is kept for as long as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Under personal data protection law, you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your data is processed.
• Give, refuse or withdraw consent.
• View, correct or request correction of your data.
• Request deletion, restriction of processing or a copy of your data.
• Object to processing; lodge complaints, denunciations or lawsuits as provided by law.

10. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) when deployed on the official domain, access control for the admin area, password hashing and access to data limited to what is necessary.

11. Changes to this policy

MIVAO may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page; significant changes will be announced on the website.
