Terms of Service

Last updated:

These terms apply to the use of this website and MIVAO website design services. The quote and contract signed with each client are final and take precedence.

This page describes how MIVAO currently operates and may be updated once the business’s legal details are finalized. The contract signed with each client takes precedence.

1. Scope and quotes

Every project starts by agreeing the scope in writing: sitemap, features, number of pages, revision rounds, estimated timeline and cost. Listed prices apply to the standard scope described in each package.

Requests outside the approved scope are quoted and agreed separately before any work is done.

2. Payment

Proposed payment schedule per package, confirmed in the contract:

3. Timeline

Timelines are counted in working days and start once the first payment, complete content and approved scope have been received. Delays in providing content, feedback or approvals move the related milestones accordingly.

4. Revisions and acceptance

Each revision round is one consolidated set of feedback within the approved scope. Revision rounds per package: Starter and Business 2 rounds, Premium 3 rounds. Major changes to structure or features are treated as additional work.

5. Bug-fix warranty

MIVAO fixes confirmed bugs — features that do not work as described in the approved scope — during the warranty period: 30 days (Starter, Business) or 60 days (Premium) from handover. Booking & Lead Website: the warranty period and revision rounds are set in the quotation.

The warranty does not cover new requests, changes caused by third parties (hosting, integrated tools) or code changes made by others.

6. Content provided by the client

The client is responsible for the legality of, and the right to use, any content, images and trademarks provided for the project.

7. Third-party services

Domains, hosting, booking tools, email and APIs (including AI services) are subject to their providers’ terms and pricing. These costs are listed clearly in the quote when they are not part of a package.

8. Ownership and handover

Rights to source code, domains, hosting and documentation are described on the Handover & Ownership page and in the contract.

9. Limits of commitment

MIVAO does not guarantee search rankings, revenue or a specific number of customers. Each party’s liability is set out in the contract.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; if that fails, they will be settled by the competent authority as provided by law.
